Booking terms & conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

To secure your booking date, a deposit is required upfront. I only take a limited number of sessions each month, so this makes sure your spot is held exclusively for you.

• 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your session.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot.

• Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and you hear back from me with a confirmation.

• Deposits are non-refundable as they cover my preparation time and reserve your date.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I totally understand. Here is how I handle changes:

• 7 or more days’ notice: We can reschedule once at no extra charge. Your deposit carries over to the new date.

• Less than 7 days’ notice: A $50 rescheduling fee applies.

• Same-day cancellation: The full deposit is forfeited.

• If I have to cancel on my end (due to illness or an emergency), you will receive a full refund of your deposit or a rescheduled date — whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

3. Image Delivery

Your final images will be delivered via a private online gallery link. Here is what to expect:

• Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days after the shoot.

• Rush delivery (+$30): 24 to 48 hour turnaround available, just let me know when booking.

• All images are delivered web and print-ready in high resolution.

4. Raw Files

Raw and unedited files are not included in any standard package, but no worries if you want them!

• Raw files can be added to your package for a one-time fee — just let me know before the shoot and I will include it in your invoice.

• Please note that raw files are unedited and are delivered exactly as captured, with no retouching or color correction applied.
  

5. Edits & Revisions

Every package includes professional retouching as described in your chosen package. Here is how additional edits work:

• Extra retouched image: +$5 per image.

• 2 rounds of minor revisions (such as brightness or skin tone adjustments) are included at no extra cost.

• Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are $15 per image, per round.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your gallery.
  

6. Portfolio & Image Use

I love sharing my work! Unless you tell me otherwise, I may use images from our session on my website, Instagram, or portfolio. Just shoot me a message before the shoot if you would prefer to keep things private; that is completely fine, and no questions will be asked.

By Booking, You Agree

By submitting your deposit and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. No signature is needed; your booking itself serves as acceptance. If you have any questions before booking, I am always happy to chat.
